Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Play Leis, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Play Leis is a website for learning and following the game of Leis; it does not sell products or process any payments.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement to create an account, and you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Your account

• You create an account with an email and password, and complete a short profile with your name, date of birth, and mailing address.
• You may update your profile, or close your account, from the account settings page.

Acceptable use

Use Play Leis for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' accounts, submit false information, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Play responsibly

Leis involves alcohol. Play Leis provides the rules and community only — how, whether, and how much you drink is entirely your own decision and responsibility. Never drink and drive, know your limits, and look out for the people at your table.

Limitation of liability

Play Leis is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any loss or injury arising from your use of the service or from playing the game.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Play Leis evolves. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
